Relaxation techniques to conquer stress

Try one of these relaxation techniques ⬇️


🔹Deep breathing - take 5 deep breaths in through your nose and out through your nose. Continue this for optimum effect.


🔹Mediation - this can be as simple as focusing your whole attention on the glass in front of you. If you stray, do not fret, simply bring your attention back to the glass.


🔹Yoga - join a class or simply do a few stretches while you’re sitting at your desk.


🔹Tensing and relaxing muscle technique - this can be as easy as tensing your abdomen for a few seconds and then relaxing it. Continue this throughout different muscles in your body.


It is crazy how taking even a few minutes to relax can save you so much time in the long run 🧘‍♀️
