Tips to help you meditate ⬇️🧘♀️
🔹Find the right environment. This can be outside, with candles, or simply in your bedroom. Find a place that limits your distractions.
🔹A mental device. This can be an object, your breath, a word or a mantra that you focus your attention on.
🔹A positive outlook. You will have thoughts that arise, you are only human! Just don’t get stuck or beat yourself up over these thoughts. Simply acknowledge their presence and come back to your breath, mantra or whatever you use to keep focus.
🔹A position found comfortable. This can be on a cushion, crossed legged or whatever is comfortable to avoid distractions.
** Nobody can meditate perfectly on their first or even tenth try! Just keep trying and the main goal is that you keep coming back. Try meditating for even 5 minutes a day and you will be amazed how different you feel. **
